The Buen Samaritano Elders Center in Comalapa is a home for elders with no family support and no means of providing for themselves.  They are run almost entirely on donations, as the government of Guatemala does not provide them support. 

Our team consulted with the director and decided that the best thing we could do at this time is to buy and donate certain medicines that are needed by the elders that live there.  On July 9, 2021, we delivered the medicines to the Center.  The medicines we provided include medicine for seizures (Keppra) and neuropathic nerve pain medicine (Lyrica). 

The staff and residents were happy to see our team and very grateful for the support provided.
